Sealounge Catamaran Regular Private Half-Day Charter to Playa Fantasia

TOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

o This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

o Safety is Sealounge Catamaran's #1 priority. All the processes they have in place are to ensure everyone has the best time of their life, while remaining safe.

o Transportation – Round trip Transportation is complimentary in Jaco and Playa Hermosa. For other locations please inquire. A representative from Sealounge Catamaran will contact you to confirm your pick time a day before your tour. Please be advised that the transportation company will wait for only 5 minutes. Refunds are not applicable if you have missed your transportation.

o Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, Sealounge Catamaran reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

o Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions. Not recommended for guests with limited mobility or back problems.

o Not wheelchair accessible. Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair.

o Please bring sunscreen. Although there is a great deal of shade on the boat, chances are that majority of your tour you could be exposed to direct sunlight. Spray Sunscreen and tanning oils are not permitted on board.

o Sealounge Catamaran's tours are not “booze cruises” or “party cruises”, you will be disappointed if this is the type of cruise you would like to book. Sealounge Catamaran's tours are family oriented. Minimum drinking age is 18.

o Onboarding is done from beach tenders, therefore for safety purposes long pants, long dresses, and high heels are not reccomended.

o Please bring towels.

o We highly recommend dry bags for all your electronics.

o Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required.

o If you have food allergies please note this in your reservation and Sealounge Catamaran will try their best to accommodate this.

o Banana Boat rides are available for purchase once at Playa Fantasia. Banana Boat rides are free of charge (one per guest) on all private charters.

o Snorkel equipment is included. Although it is a great snorkel location, visibility is greatly affected by the season, weather and tides. There are times when snorkelling is unsafe due to the nature of the tides around the reef at Playa Fantasia and in the event of such conditions, snorkelling will be unavailable.

o Sealounge Catamaran's tours do not have guided snorkel tours. Equipment is available.

o Crew Tips are not included and we recommend 13-20% at the end of your tour and charter.

o ID is required on all tours to use water equiment, including snorkel gear.

o Tours are not cancelled due to rain. If the Sealounge Catamaran's Captain determines the weather or water conditions unsafe for cruising, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund.

o All tours and charters are prepaid. Cancel BEFORE 30 days for a full refund.
