We offer an ample selection of luxury and family oriented vacation rental homes, villas and condominiums on the beach or very close to it, from Jaco to Playa Hermosa, province of Puntarenas. We care for the vacation rental properties as if they were our own: they are managed and supervised to strict standards of functionality and cleanliness.
BEACHHOME Costa Rica Vacation Rentals and this web site were created and are managed by Rock Property Management S.A., a Costa Rica corporation. Rock Property Management was founded by Mr. Gabriel E. Rocha in February 2005 and is located in downtown Jaco, Puntarenas, the heart of Costa Rica’s Central Pacific.
Mr. Rocha has been living and working in Costa Rica since 2001. Prior to starting Rock Property Management, he worked in management positions for luxury hotels in Costa Rica and Mexico. He currently lives with his wife and three children in Jaco.
His studies include a BS in Business Administration at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, a Hotel Management Diploma at Ecole Hoteliere de Geneve in Geneva, Switzerland, and a Certification in Rooms Management from the Professional Development Program of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
Mr. Rocha, a native Mexican, is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
