I am a REALTOR® and Real Estate Advisor affiliated with both US NAR and the Costa Rican CCCBR, Resort and Second Home Specialist, and member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Since 2001, I’ve had the privilege of calling Costa Rica home. In 2005, I founded Rock Property Management S.A., a short-term vacation rentals company born from my passion for excellence in hospitality and property care. With roots in luxury hotel management across Costa Rica and Mexico, I’ve built my career on delivering exceptional service—something I bring into every real estate interaction.
My academic journey includes a BS in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, a prestigious Hotel Management diploma from the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève in Switzerland, and a Certification in Rooms Management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in New York. This global education fuels my detail-oriented, client-focused approach.
As a native of Mexico and a proud Costa Rican citizen, I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and French. This allows me to connect effortlessly with a diverse clientele—from first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors to international sellers looking for trusted, local insight.
Together with my wife Nuri and our three children, I live and work in vibrant Jacó, where I’ve been guiding clients through the real estate process with authenticity, strategic insight, and a commitment to making their investment experience smooth and rewarding.
In 2021, I joined the founding team at the Realty ONE Group office in Jacó, where I’ve had the privilege of helping numerous buyers and sellers navigate Costa Rica’s dynamic real estate market.
