Ryuta aka “Rudy” Aizawa is a sushi chef from Japan who has been living and making sushi in Jacó for the past 20 years.
He owned the original Arigato Restaurant in Jacó and now offers his wonderful sushi creations through catering services. You will love Rudy’s sushi in the privacy of your home.
