The lease is rented for a minimum of one year.  Renter pays the electric and water bills and may connect his or her own internet and TV cable service.

The house comes with only a living room furniture set and clothes washer, so you may bring your own furnishings and appliances.  The kitchen has cabinets and shelves and a beautiful breakfast bar made of a single piece of hardwood.

All floors are covered with rustic artisanal cement tiles.  The bathrooms are fully tiled with ceramic tiles and the two showers have new instant hot water heaters.  There are working ceiling fans in each bedroom and living areas of the house.

Thanks to its high, wood lattice ceilings, the house interior remains at a comfortable temperature, even in the middle of the day.  Natural light floods the living area through three skylights.

The house offers safety, with razor and barbed wire on the perimeter fence, double entry doors (metal and wood) and metal bars on all windows. 

In the back of the property there is a large, covered patio with a beautiful set of mosaic-top concrete table and benches, a rustic wood high table and ceiling fan.
