Villa Assinie sits directly in front of a long palm-fringed beach with cinnamon-color sand and is perfect for swimming or surfing in warm waters year-round! Two short surfboards are available to use during your stay.
Located in the popular yet quiet Esterillos area, nestled on the coast between Jacó and Manuel Antonio, this home allows you to enjoy some peace and quiet in your own tropical paradise, while being close to all what the Central Pacific area of Costa Rica has to offer! The road that leads to the front of the property is paved all the way to the San José airport.
The design of this villa was done by Costa Rican-renowned Alianz architectural studio and was inspired by the rich colors of our beautiful Costa Rican landscape. The private pool with infinity edge is perfect for cooling off during hot sunny days. The pool is 3.60 meters wide by 6.00 meters long and is 1.50 meters deep. It has built-in steps for easy entry.
The lawn between the pool area and the sand is great for outdoor games, including volleyball with the net provided.
With four spacious bedrooms and four ensuite bathrooms, Villa Assinie is perfect for groups of up to eight people that do not want to compromise comfort.
The open design ground floor has an expansive kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, dining room, and living room ideal for entertaining.
The beautiful indoor dining table, made from thick tropical wood slabs, seats eight guests. The great room opens out to a covered terrace through folding glass doors.
The pool terrace has a large aluminum table for eight guests and a gas grill for al fresco dining.
The master suite on the ground floor has a king bed and walk-in closet, as well as an ensuite bathroom with double sinks. The bedroom opens onto the beachfront terrace through large glass sliding doors. Enjoy amazing views of the ocean and sand from your room.
Three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on the second floor. These rooms open onto a balcony with beach views. Two bedrooms have one queen bed each, while one bedroom has two twin beds.
There are many dining options available within walking distance or a short drive away. Many more dining options are available within 20 minutes by car.

The house is secured through a thick front door with an electronic lock and glass doors with key locks. There is a safe box available and an outdoor alarm system that can be turned on and off easily with a remote control.
